My Dream of Turtle Pie

I said last week that I would be making a pie: Sweet Potato Pie or Dream Cream Pie. I ended up making the Dream Cream Pie. I have made these before. I love the taste and texture.

I used a 4-servings package of Jell-O Turtle Pudding Mix with one cup of milk. I mixed the pudding and milk with a whisk until all the pudding was mixed in. I added in 1 1/2 cups of extra creamy Cool-Whip; mix well until incorporated. I added the mixture to a reduced fat graham cracker pie crust. I put it in the freezer for 6 hours, at the timing it became firm. I took it out and let it sit for 5 minutes. I added the remaining Cool-Whip on top and served. I didn't get to take a picture. Sorry, but it is very tasty.

Also, this will be my last blog. I started this as an assignment and am very unsure if I will be able to keep up with it. Sorry to my faithful followers. I will be posting the pictures that I do have of my previous treats.

Lovingly,
Kandi

Gotta love turtles!

I was looking in my pantry and I noticed that my turtle flavored pudding mix is about to expire. I been beating myself in the head trying to figure out what I'm going to do. This week I have not made a treat, but that is due to my work load from school. I will make something with my pudding mix and post it later, once I am finished my work load. Sorry for the disappointment. I will make it up. I also been having a craving for sweet potato pie, if I don't make something using my pudding mix I will make that. Sorry, once again.
